NO FACE Return and Exchange Policy

At NO FACE, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or you may have a change of heart. To accommodate these situations, we offer a flexible Skin Match Guarantee that allows for returns and exchanges. Please review the following terms and conditions to understand our policy fully:

- We accept returns for products within 30 days of the order receipt date, specifically for reasons related to a change of mind or product unsuitability.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original purchase condition, with unopened packaging, unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner.
- Items that were purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set, in their original and undamaged condition.
- This return policy does not apply to items explicitly stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.

- For products that have been lightly used, we offer exchanges for a replacement product or store credit without an expiry date.
- Please note that any shipping costs associated with the return or exchange of a product will not be covered by NO FACE unless you are a member of one of our eligible NO FACE Club Membership tiers.
