Skin Match Guarantee
We believe that our products should work in your favour with proper usage directions. If the product isn't suitable for you after taking a Diskover 4D skin test, please contact support@noface.skin for a professional consultation to determine the cause of concerns and receive professional advice on usage directions and expected reactions. If the product is determined to be unsuitable, a replacement will be shipped out within 7 business days.

All sales are final. Refunds are not available for a change of mind.
Exchange/refunds are available if
Orders received are in brand new condition, but are significantly different from description (for example, wrong products are received)
All shipments are recorded and documented to ensure quality and quantity accuracy, and if any of the above situations happen, customers need to take photos on shipment arrival and email to support@noface.skin immediately for assessment of exchange or return and refund. A full refund will be issued once the products are received in the same conditions.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund
You have 28 days from purchase to send back the product for a full refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. The amount of refund would be the actual amount paid for the product only, as shipping/handling costs and tips are non-refundable. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment immediately, and you will receive it within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.
Late or missing refunds
If we have confirmed the refund but you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@noface.com.au.
Exchange
If the product is defective or damaged:
send us an email at support@noface.skin with your order number and product for exchange within 28 days. You will need to return the original product to our warehouse for inspection. We will then ship out a replacement unit if your returned product has over 80% volume remaining in the original package. For a change of mind, a handling fee of $25 plus $10 shipping cost will apply.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable by us. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
